Security deposit 450 CHF per apartment (payable by credit card only- debit cards are not accepted). The security deposit will be valid for a maximum of 30 days from check-in and will be automatically released by your bank.

Arrival

Saturdays from 4pm to 6pm.
You need to check in at the reception desk. There may be delays if it is really busy.
Before you arrive (at least 7 days in advance), you can request an early check-in, from 1.30pm (with extra fee). This depends on availability.
In the case of a no-show, without prior written warning, the resort is entitled to re-let the apartment within 24 hours.

No. Guests must check in between 4pm and 6pm. For late arrivals (after 6pm), you must notify us in advance. Otherwise, the no-show policy will apply.

For late arrivals, please contact reception by email (info@t-resort.ch) so that we can explain the procedure. Check-in at the reception desk is still obligatory the next day.

Yes. The visitors’ tax must be paid by everyone staying in the resort and costs :

  • CHF 2.5/night/adult from 16 years (as soon as the person is in his/her sixteenth year) 
  • CHF 1.25.-/night/child 6-15 years (as soon as the child is in his/her sixth year) 
  • Free for babies and children under 5 years 

To request a change to your booking, contact us by mail (info@t-resort.ch).

Yes. When you book, you can make special requests (location in the building, floor, side by side…). We will do our best to satisfy your request but cannot guarantee that it will be possible.

High season (17.12.22 - 7.1.23, 04.02.23 - 11.03.23)

  • From the booking date until 61 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
  • From 60 to 31 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount
  • From 30 days to the arrival date: 100% of the total amount
  • No-show: 100% of the total amount

Low and mid-season (01.11.22 - 17.12.22, 07.01.23 - 04.02.23, 11.03.23 - 30.04.23) and summer season (01.05 - 31.10)

  • From the booking date until 31 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
  • From 30 to 15 days before arrival: 75% of the total amount
  • From 14 days to the arrival date: 100% of the total amount
  • No-show: 100% of the total amount

COVID: SPECIAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS UNTIL 30.04.2023 :
Only if an official governmental binding measure prevents the client from enjoying its stay, will he be eligible for compensation, minus an administrative fee of CHF 100.-  

The following are considered to be binding government measures :

  • Partial or total lockdown in Switzerland, resulting in the closure of tourist residences.
  • A partial or total lockdown in the client's country of residence.
  • A quarantine imposed by Switzerland on arrival in the country or a quarantine imposed by the country of the customer on his return, that does not reasonable allow him to travel.
  • Case of Covid among the occupants of the flat (medical certificate or official attestation proving a positive result) communicated to the Residence 48 hours before arrival.
  • These cancellation conditions may be updated according to the health situation and/or the governmental directives of the moment.

This clause is only valid for the duration of the guests’ stay and is in no way applicable is the afore mentioned binding measures do not affect the stay in question.

Many governments impose travel restrictions and conditions for entry, as well as restrictions for certain areas with an increased risk of infection. It is your responsibility to check the local authorities’ websites regularly before travelling and to observe the conditions for entering Switzerland as well as those in place on your return.
These may include proof of a negative COVID-19 test, certain forms to be filled in and quarantine requirements on arrival.

The residence cannot be held responsible for the non-appearance of a guest if this occurs for a non-binding reason (such as the principle of prudence, recommendations not to travel, etc ) or non-governmental reasons (personal reasons, illness, etc). It is the client's responsibility to take out adequate insurance against these risks. In this case, the client alone is responsible for not enjoying their stay and the standard cancellation conditions will be applied.

You can also pay the security deposit in cash (450 CHF per apartment). This will be returned to you, in cash only, following a complete check of the apartment when you leave. Bear in mind that this can result in delays at check-out.

Guests who stay at the T-Resort during the summer are entitled to a VIP pass, valid during their stay. To allow us to prepare it in advance, please contact us when your booking has been confirmed. You will need to click on the pre-check-in VIP pass link and enter all your details. Your pass will be prepared and ready for you when you arrive.

No. Bed linen is simply placed on the bed. However, you can ask for your bed to me made if you wish to (you will be charged for it though).

Yes. Sheets are automatically included in the price (even if you bring your own).

No. Towels are not included but can be hired if ordered in advance.

Yes. Cots are available for babies aged up to 2 years and must be booked in advance. For hygiene and safety reasons as well as to avoid allergies, sheets are not provided, so you must bring your own

Yes. It must be booked in advance, though.

Yes, but only in 4-room apartments for 8 or 10 people and it must be booked in advance.

Yes. If you book it in advance, your bed will be made for you, and towels and bed linen will be provided.

No, but these can be reserved at reception.

Yes. There is a car park under the building with 127 spaces. Two lifts will bring you straight up to reception. Entry by car is from the Rue Centrale.

T-Resort guests benefit from a preferential rate, which must be applied for the entire duration of their stay to be applicable. We can’t guarantee that space will be available unless you reserve a parking place when you book your accommodation.

Yes. The Eterpey car park, which is about 500 m from the complex, is free.

Yes. Guests have a free wi-fi connection. The code will be given to you when you check in.

The apartments all have Swiss plugs, so if you are travelling from further afield, you can hire an adapter from reception.

No. Smoking is forbidden in the apartments and in all public areas. There are designated smokers’ zones outside the buildings. Failure to comply with this rule will result in extra cleaning charges. This will be billed directly or deducted from the deposit.

Please bear in mind that you have neighbours. In the event of excessive noise after 10pm, you can either politely ask the people concerned to make less noise or call the intercommunal police (0840 117 217). Only the police are authorised to intervene.
In the event of complaints from other residents or close neighbours, or if the police have to intervene, the deposit will be retained.

No, unfortunately not.

The pool is in the same building as the cable car station, just opposite the T-Resort. Guests have free admission to the pool, but the sauna is not included and must be booked.

The conditions of access and the opening hours are fixed by the Commune de Riddes, which manages it. 

Yes. The T-bar is on the ground floor and offers a wide variety of local wines and beer as well as snacks, which are also available for take away.

Yes. You can bring a maximum of one animal per apartment and you must give us prior notice. 
Dogs must be kept on a lead throughout the complex. Owners are responsible for the behaviour and cleanliness of their animals. We reserve the right to refuse or ban any dangerous or aggressive animals and any that disrupt the smooth running of the complex. The presence of your pet must not result in any extra cleaning, but if it does, you will be charged for it.

Yes. There are two lifts, one in each building.

Yes. There are shared laundry facilities in the complex. You can get a pre-paid card at reception during opening hours. Washing powder is not provided.

No. If you want extra cleaning, you must ask at reception and you will be charged for it.

No. Guests should bring their own soap, shampoo, shower gel, etc.

Yes. You can borrow one at reception and return it when you are leaving.

Yes, it is possible to receive your mail and parcels, by “poste restante” only.

You can collect your mail directly from the post office of the Supermarket La Tzoumaz, located at the bottom of the residence (level -3) or accessible from the rue centrale.


T-Resort cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of any mail or parcel.

Departure

On the day of departure, the flat must be vacated between 8:00 and 10:00 at the latest.

If the deposit has been paid in cash, it will be returned in cash only after the flat has been fully checked, which may cause a delay in the check-out procedure. The guest should contact the reception to plan a smooth departure.

Late check-out is possible depending on availability, but must be reserved in advance and there will be an extra charge. Otherwise, you must check out by 10am. Failure to do so will result in additional fees.

Yes. Although the final cleaning is obligatory, the kitchen isn’t included in this and it must be left clean. We also ask you to take out your own bins and put your sheets in the bath.

Yes. We can store your luggage at reception during opening hours (with prior notice and depending on the space available).

The credit card security deposit will be authorised at check-in and released within a maximum of 30 days providing that no deductions have to be made. The release of the security deposit does not depend on the T-Resort, but on the bank which issued your card. Cash security deposits will be repaid in cash after a complete check of the apartment. This can result in delays at check-out.

Notify reception and the tourist office, where keys that have been found are often returned. Any keys missing at check-out will be billed as follows: apartment key: 200 CHF, ski storage area key: 200 CHF.
